| September-October | School representatives approve Family applications |
| October 10th or Sooner | Christmas Providers stops accepting Family applications on 10/10 or after 700 approved applications which ever comes first |
| September-October | Welcome emails sent to accepted Families OR "Unable to serve" emails sent for applications submitted over 700 limit |
| October-December | Providers contact Families and discuss preparations |
| December 5th | If you have not heard from your Provider by this date, send us an email at Contact Us |
| After December 12th | Providers deliver food and presents |
| December 25th | Christmas Day |
