Opportunities to Help
Adopt-A-Family:
- Bring the joy of Christmas to a family in need (identified & approved by HEB & BISD)
- To Adopt-A-Family: Create an account
- Authenticate your account through your email
- Login & Select New Request
- Fill out form, Specify Preferences on # of families, # of children, School district, etc.
- Select SUBMIT
- Assignments begin Monday Oct. 30, 2023 and go until Dec. 1st or until all families are adopted.

Volunteer Opportunities:
- To volunteer, create an account:

- To adopt & volunteer: Create Provider account
- Login & sign up for either or both of the options below.
Volunteer to Help with Boxing / Sorting
- Volunteer to help sort and box non-perishable food items.
- Dates: Mon (12/9), Tue (12/10) & Wed (12/11) from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm.
- Location: 521 W. Pipeline, Hurst TX 76053
- Login & sign up:
- Volunteer Only: Select New Volunteer form, fill out days/times & then submit.
- You can edit a volunteer form you submitted from prior year.
- Provider & Volunteer:
- Select New Request, check “Volunteer” on the roles selected on your adoption request.
- You can edit a volunteer form you submitted from prior year.
- Volunteer Only: Select New Volunteer form, fill out days/times & then submit.

Volunteer to Help with Food Distribution
- Volunteer to help load boxes into the cars during Provider Food Pickup.
- Dates: Fri (12/13) or Sat (12/14) between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- Location: 521 W. Pipeline, Hurst TX 76053
- Login & Sign up to volunteer as described above.
Cash Donations: $30,000 annual Goal
- Donations are used to purchase a gift card for each family to purchase perishable food. (e.g. milk, bread, eggs…)
- Click on DONATE button on the top right OR mail your check Payable to “Christmas Providers” to Christmas Providers, PO Box 621, Hurst, TX 76053.
